For now, for this that don't know, the figure often seem dressed in all white, is in a long line of Popes, perhaps starting with Peter.
Peter is said to be named such, plausibly derived from older names similar to it from thousands of years back, briefly transliterated into wordage such as Petros, for his solidity.
At 88 bore witness to the era of many wars, and saw numerous world leaders come and pass.
